Relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural salt water heated 11 meter pool
in its
private location, enjoy a game of tennis or a game of pool while the BBQ is cooking, your
children can play on the swings or have a game of cricket in the backyard,
where we have
room for the fishing enthusiasts boat or trailer with off street
parking.

Walks: The beach, jetty and marina offer romantic walks. The Botanic Gardens and the
Promenade shopping and dining are just a stroll along the Coffs Creek walk. The CBD
and mall are also reached via the creek walk. Muttonbird Island walk offers great coastal
views and whales are often sighted.
Families: For families there's the pool, spa and BBQ at
Sheridan's. A short walk away the safe
park beach and foreshore has playgrounds, picnic facilities & BBQ's. The Porpoise Pool has shows daily.
Recreation: Door pick up for the variety of recreational experiences - River and ocean
rafting, 4WD forest treks, Diving the Solitary Islands marine reserve.
Golf & bowls clubs
are nearby and deep sea and game fishing trips leave the marina every day.
